Refund policy

Miyo Movement offers a straightforward refund policy designed to protect both our customers and our business. Please review the following details regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. RETURN POLICY

We offer store credit for returns requested within 30 days of receiving your item. No full refunds are provided.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


2. DAMAGES AND DEFECTS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you find any damage, defects, or receive the wrong item, notify us immediately at info@miyomovement.com so we can resolve the issue.


3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Digital programs and products.

  • Custom or personalized items.

  • Sale items and gift cards.

4. EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, please initiate a return first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order.


5. REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, we will issue store credit equal to the purchase amount.

Note: Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase.
