Sessions are available for 1-2 Hours, Half Day (4 Hours), or Full Day (6-7 Hours)

Itinerary

Each wellness workshop is uniquely tailored to the needs of the group, creating a meaningful and personalized experience. While every session is customized, this general itinerary provides an overview of what to expect—from guided movement and mindfulness practices to group discussions and cultural teachings. This schedule serves as a framework, ensuring a balanced and engaging experience for all participants.


Subject but not limited to:

  • Goal setting around the medicine wheel 
  • What happens when our medicine wheel becomes unbalanced? How do we get back on track?
  • Team building games
  • Gratitude discussions (benefits of, different ways to practice gratitude) 
  • Media literacy: Discussing social media, unrealistic beauty standards, and identifying positive vs. harmful media messages
  • Nutrition: What fuels our bodies, mindful eating, and cultivating a healthy relationship with food
  • Mobility routine: Mindful full-body stretching/breathwork techniques
  • Discussion on the relationship between movement and mental well-being
  • Friendly competition games
  • Hands on activity (ledger paintings, creating recipes, beading, etc).
