  • You’ll gain access to a professionally designed app that provides exercise tutorials, progress tracking, and resources to keep you motivated. Whether you're new to fitness or looking to level up, the app makes it easy to stay on track.

  • Each week, you'll take on holistic challenges that go beyond physical fitness, encouraging growth in all areas of self—physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual. These challenges help build sustainable habits that contribute to overall well-being.

  • To support your nutrition goals, we offer tailored nutrition guidance that fits your lifestyle. Whether you prefer tracking macronutrients or making simple, effective food swaps, our approach ensures flexibility without overwhelm.

  • Throughout the challenge, you’ll have the support of certified coaches who will guide you every step of the way. Our experienced team is here to provide motivation, answer questions, and help you navigate any obstacles on your journey.

  • We offer various challenge formats to suit different needs, including individual challenges, corporate wellness challenges, and team challenges where participants are paired in groups of two for added motivation and accountability. No matter your fitness level or experience, there’s a challenge designed to help you

After signing up, you’ll receive an email with a link to the Trainerize app and a PDF with your first challenge to get started.

Yes, each week includes nutrition goals, macro tracking tips, and simple meal swaps to fit your lifestyle.

Winners are based off of a point system

  • 8 points for weekly challenges
  • 8 points for adherence tot he program
  • 4 points for transformation

Points are tallied at the end of the 8 week program and winners are finalized

  • 2nd Place: $300
  • 3rd Place: $200
